Now that the Holiday festivities are over it’s time to get back to my workout routine. Even though my schedule can get pretty busy I find it super important to stay active at least 3 times per week, weather it’s going to the gym, going for a quick jog, or hiking (which is my favorite). Since I do live in Los Angeles I’m lucky enough to be spoiled with good weather all year long, so I’m able to hike weekly with Miso (my little malti-poo) and my friends.
After my morning hike, I usually feel good and I’m ready to take on my day but my hair usually falls flat after any physical activity. Instead of washing my hair right afterward I’ve decided to partner up with Dove and take part in the Dove Hair #SKIPAWASH challenge. Since coloring my hair, I have to be very careful with the products I use and how I care for my hair.
