As I’ve gotten older, my schedule has gotten pretty hectic throughout the day. I feel like I have less and less time to myself, going from meetings to meetings across town, and that means spending a lot of my time in my car and, of course, Los Angeles traffic. One of my guilty pleasures is sweets or pretty much anything in a dessert form. I snack a lot throughout the day since I never really have time to sit down and have a full meal. When you’re always on the go, you just grab whatever is in sight to curb your appetite (I’m pretty sure a lot of people that live in major cities can relate.)
This year, I told myself to start making smarter choices when it comes to food. I don’t consider myself overweight or anything, but I would like to feel better about myself when I wake up. During the wintertime, I tend to stay in more and snack more often; I’m all about chilling and streaming a movie or TV show. In order for me to break that “bad snacking” habit, I needed to stock up on better snacking options that would keep me full. thinkThin® bars are a great alternative since they contain a good amount of protein, which helps keep you full and gives you enough energy throughout the day. thinkThin® is my guilt-free pick-me-up, and I can’t wait to try all the flavors that they have to offer!
Protein helps fuel a full, energetic life. And good nutrition should always be delicious. That’s why thinkThin® products are packed with protein and come in a variety of decadent flavors.
